How long does delivery take?

From order to delivery, allow 2 to 4 weeks. Production takes 3 to 7 business days. Shipping to Australia takes approximately 10 to 15 business days from dispatch.

Why does it take that long?

TRIBE products are not stocked in a warehouse. Each item is printed and assembled specifically for you after you order. This is what makes custom designs like ours possible.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched from the production facility.

Can I return or exchange my item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will sort it out. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind because every product is made specifically for you.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Check the size guide before ordering. Size exchanges are not possible because each item is produced individually. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production usually begins and cancellation may not be possible. Contact us at tribeaustralia.shop@gmail.com.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes. TRIBE jerseys are made from 100 percent recycled polyester. The fabric is OEKO-TEX 100 and GRS certified.

What does TRIBE mean?

TRIBE is an Indigenous Australian sportswear brand. The designs are based on Torres Strait totem symbols. Each design carries a specific cultural meaning.
