Ordering & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Every TRIBE piece is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days, then 3–7 business days for delivery Australia-wide. Total: 6–12 business days from your order date.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75 AUD.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is available on request — email us at hello@tribe-australia.com for a quote.

Sizing & Fit

What if it doesn’t fit?

We offer free exchanges for sizing issues within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@tribe-australia.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.

How do your jerseys fit?

Our jerseys are designed for an athletic fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Each product page includes a full size guide with body measurements.

What material are the jerseys made from?

Our jerseys are 100% recycled polyester — OEKO-TEX 100 and GRS certified. Lightweight, breathable, moisture-wicking, with UPF50+ sun protection and two-way stretch for full freedom of movement.

Are the designs officially licensed cultural designs?

Yes. Every TRIBE design is created in collaboration with the Torres Strait Islander community to ensure authentic representation and cultural integrity.

Why is my order made to order?

Making each piece to order means zero overproduction, zero waste, and a product built specifically for you. It’s a more sustainable approach and ensures consistent quality on every order.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Because every piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. We do offer free exchanges for sizing issues and full replacements for any faulty or damaged items.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Send us a photo of the damage and your order number at hello@tribe-australia.com and we’ll have a replacement in production immediately at no cost to you.
