Returns & Exchanges

Because every TRIBE piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@tribe-australia.com with your order number and the size you need. We’ll sort it out.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will replace it at no cost. Send us a photo and your order number and we’ll have a new one in production immediately.

Sizing

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering. Each product page includes a detailed measurement chart.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up — our jerseys are designed to be athletic fit.
