Returns and Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This is standard for print-on-demand products.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if we made an error with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Include a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified defects or fulfillment errors.

Size exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges because each item is produced individually after your order is placed. Check the size guide carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has usually begun and cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately at tribeaustralia.shop@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
