Shipping Information
Every TRIBE product is made to order. Nothing is pre-stocked. Your item is produced after you place your order.
What happens after you order
- You place your order and payment is confirmed.
- Production begins within 1 to 3 business days.
- Your item is printed and assembled. This takes 3 to 7 business days.
- Your order is dispatched with a tracking number sent to your email.
- Delivery to Australia takes approximately 10 to 15 business days from dispatch.
Total delivery time
From order to delivery, allow 2 to 4 weeks. This is standard for made-to-order products. If you need an item by a specific date, order at least 4 weeks in advance.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched from the production facility.
